Judge Richard J. Sullivan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York signed an Order to Show Cause requested by MSB on behalf of two clients with cases pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York directing the defendant in both cases to show cause why a judgment should not be entered against the defendant and why pre-judgment remedies should not be granted to protect the plaintiffs.
