  • Represented numerous luxury goods and fashion apparel manufacturers in trademark infringement, gray market and counterfeiting disputes in federal courts in multiple  jurisdictions.
  • Defended manufacturer accused of misappropriation of trade secrets against preliminary injunction that would have closed down one of its principal lines of business.
  • Prosecuted counterfeiting and trademark infringement action for Italian jewelry designer.
  • Defended defense contractor against $75+ million damage claim involving allegations of breach of contract, theft of trade secrets and slander.
  • Defended apparel manufacturer in a trademark infringement and unfair competition in a preliminary injunction that would have resulted in the elimination of its footwear business.
  • Successfully prosecuted action for apparel company in a counterfeiting and trademark/copyright infringement action against licensee who abrogated the terms of the license.
  • Represented publicly-traded company against multi-billion dollar beverage company in a trademark/copyright infringement action and was successful in transferring venue to client’s home district court despite opponent’s first filing of an action for declarative relief.
