Peter Katzman

Peter Katzman has over 18 years of complex commercial litigation and corporate transaction experience.  Mr. Katzman has handled a broad range of commercial disputes involving contract, fraud, bankruptcy, securities, partnership, real estate, construction, technology, employment, and other issues.  On the corporate side, Mr. Katzman has negotiated and closed many traditional and structured financings, private and public securities offerings, M&A transactions, and joint ventures.

Mr. Katzman is a member of good standing with the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York and the District of Connecticut. Mr. Katzman also serves as a registered FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator.

Mr. Katzman graduated from Boston University cum laude where he received a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in economics.  He received his law degree cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
